Applicants must be university students or graduates not older than 30 years old Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Applicants are recommended to have at least one Certificate for teaching English such as: minimum 60 hour TEFL (s), TESOL, CELTA, DELTA etc. Teacher Training: Participants are required to complete the Teacher Training Program in their regions. No online or distant training can be offered. Candidates that fail to attend training will be terminated from the program.

Interview Process

Each applicant who has applied to the program and has paid the application fee has to take all interviews.
The interview process to get accepted to the program consists of the following:

a) First Interview: In Person and Teaching Demonstration
This interview consists of two parts.
Part 1: A interview with the applicants. This interview is a one time in person interview.
Part 2: A teaching demonstration. The applicant is required to show a 8-10 minutes teaching demonstration about a SAT subject. The applicant has to bring a lesson plan where the teaching is lined out.

b) Getaway Interview
Applicants who have passed the first interview are required to come to a Getaway Interview. The applicant's stay over at a lodging. This is the final interview. There are limited seats for each region. After these interview applicants will be notified for their status of rejected, accepted or placed on waiting list. The cost for the getaway may be fully or partially sponsored. Please speak to your regional coordinator for more details.

c) Security Check
Each applicant must submit a security check to the organization.
